For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • International: 4–17 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is under the carrier’s responsibility.

However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.


Change of Address

We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been processed or shipped.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

If you wish to return your order, you may do so after receiving the item in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

  • Photos of the issue

We will review the case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
